17Cats.Com may at its discretion ask for personally identifiable information as part of the service. We will never use or share your information provided to us in any way not described without providing you a way to opt-out. We despise spam, and have no intent to share, or make your information available.

This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of California without regard to its or any other jurisdiction's conflict of laws principles. The sole venue and jurisdiction for disputes arising from this agreement shall be the appropriate state or federal court located in San Jose, California, and you and 17cats.com both irrevocably agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts. You agree to indemnify and hold 17cats.com and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensers harmless from any and all claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content that you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.
